FAQs

  • Is it difficult to learn imaginative prayer?
No. Anyone with an interest in religious education is capable of leading an imaginative prayer experience. As long as you have access to good quality meditation scripts then it is no more difficult than reading a story aloud to your class!
  • Is imaginative prayer good for all ages?
Imaginative prayer is best used with children ages 8 and above. It can definitley be used with younger children, however they tend to respond better with shorter meditation scripts, when they are allocated a specific role, and when they are given greater direction to guide the experience.
